  • March 1, 2026 (23:59 CET): Deadline for abstract submission
  • March 1, 2026 (23:59 CET): Deadline for Travel grant applications 
  • April 24, 2026:  Announcement of the allocation of abstracts and travel grants to authors 
  • April 30, 2026: Late-breaking abstracts submissions open
  • May 4, 2026, 23:59 (CEST): Deadline for early registration fee  
  • May 7, 2026 (09:00 CEST): Deadline for the late-breaking abstract submission
  • May 12, 2026 (15:30 CEST): Abstracts available online
  • May 22, 2026: Announcement of allocation of late-breaking abstracts to authors
  • June 1, 2026, (23:59 CEST): Deadline for regular registration fee
  • June 2, 2026 (15:30 CEST): Late-breaking abstracts available online
  • June 11–14, 2026: EHA2026 Congress, Stockholm, Sweden
  • June 14, 2026, (13:00 CEST): Deadline for late registration
  • June 14, 2026: Certificate of participation downloadable on the congress platform
  • June 17, 2026: On-demand content available on the congress platform
  •  June 30, 2026, (13:00 CEST):  Deadline for late virtual registration
  • August 15, 2026: Access to on-demand content ends
  • August 15, 2026: EHA2026 Congress platform closes
