About the role
In this Project Coordinator role, you'll be part of the EHA Guidelines team and will contribute to the coordination and execution of all EHA guidelines projects.In particular, you will:
- Lead on specific tasks connected with the organization of guidelines panels
- Coordinate vendors and internal and external stakeholders
- Play an active role in the execution of EHA strategy
- Engage with external experts
- Connect with various internal colleagues

Important information about this opportunity
- Only candidates residing in the Netherlands will be considered.

Key responsibilities
Project coordination
- Helping to support the successful completion of projects and events—including helping project management team members with time-sensitive tasks and establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Guidelines coordination and logistics
- Coordinating internal and external meetings. Handling Doodle polls, meeting logistics, and reminders.
- Coordinating logistical communications with stakeholders, including the Guidelines Committee and panels of authors, on issues such as promoting guidelines/the EHA Guidelines app and project management updates and reminders.
- Facilitating planned periodic communications with other international societies.
Data organization
- Maintaining the guidelines pages on the EHA website and coordinating guidelines updates (e-updates, as well as full updates).
- Updating and organizing guidelines communications into a well-organized system with continuous improvements (in EHA SharePoint, EHA mailboxes, etc.).
Process improvement and standardization
- Developing streamlined work processes such as mail merge, standard template creation/implementation, and an automatic periodic update reminder system.
- Organizing and updating contact lists of collaborators and guidelines author groups.
What you bring
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- At least two years of project coordination experience. Project coordination experience in the medical/healthcare sector (hematology) will be an advantage.
- The ability to fluently communicate in English (in writing and orally).
- Stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate to senior experts.
- The ability to develop and coordinate various priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate, collaborate, and build relationships with all stakeholders.
- Willingness to occasionally travel outside the Netherlands (mostly within Europe).
